We are standing by to:
  • Help you with your trips
  • Provide you with bus and shared taxi service schedules
  • Inform you about the rules applicable on board our vehicles
  • Take your complaints, comments, and opinions about our services
  • Inform you about our paratransit services

An appointment is mandatory to :
  • Apply for or renew an OPUS card (with or without photo*)
  • Replace a lost, stolen, or defective card
  • Obtain an exchange or reimbursement
