END OF MASK MANDATE ON PUBLIC TRANSIT

Longueuil, June 16, 2022 - Starting Saturday, June 18, when masks will no longer be mandatory on public transit, the Réseau de transport de Longueuil’s 645 drivers will be wearing their brightest smiles to greet users on the RTL’s 420 regular buses (including 188 hybrids), five 100% electric midibuses, nine shared taxis, and RTL à la demande vehicles. The same applies for the paratransit service, which averages more than 5,000 trips per week.

Across the entire 796-km network of streets, roads, crescents, avenues and boulevards that crisscross the Agglomération de Longueuil, users who take the bus will no longer be required to wear a mask. But it goes without saying that anyone who chooses to do so will be greeted with the same courtesy and the same smile, 7 days a week!
